Commander's Last Son

"Rio"

Blue Roan Tennessee Walker

Born April 8, 2012

Rio is one of the sweetest horses I've ever delt with. He is calm and steady, with a smooth gait and a willing spirit. He stands 15.3 hands and looks mostly black. He does however, have roaning throughout and white patches under his chest area and on his belly. He has a lot of roaning, or white hairs, at the base of his tail and a few in his mane. He has a beautiful head, with a kind eye and small ears.

Rio is the kind of horse that anyone can ride. He is easy going and willing to please. He will go, when asked, even when he's tired. He has no bad habits, will stand tied all day, trailers well, and gets along with all other horses. He is truly like a big dog! He is reliable and can sit for months and is still the same when ridden. Rio is good for a bath, loads in the trailer when you point him in, stands well for the farrier and shots or wormer. He is an easy keeper and doesn't require a lot of food to maintain his weight. He stands well to be saddled and mounted and will carry saddle bags on your trail ride.
